Description: A parcel may link to more than one record in Assessing records, and features in Parcels that do not have a corresponding tax record will not link to any record in the Assessing database. Null values in compliance fields indicate that the parcel is not assessed for that dimensional regulation or that the proper data does not exist to calculate compliance on that parcel. The parcels planning & zoning dataset was created using FY25 Parcels Detailed (assessing data), PID dots, Inclines, zoning subdistricts, and zoning requirements from the Boston Zoning Code.
