Service Description:

A parcel may link to more than one record in Assessing records, and features in Parcels that do not have a corresponding tax record will not link to any record in the Assessing database.

The parcels planning & zoning dataset was created using FY25 Parcels Detailed (assessing data), PID dots, Inclines, zoning subdistricts, and zoning requirements from the Boston Zoning Code.
